Starting on April 1, 2008 I will purchase a $2 instant scratch lottery ticket each day until April 1, 2009. These will be Massachusetts lottery tickets. I will keep a tab of how much I win or lose throughout the year.

April 1, 2008 - Day 1
The first ticket was "Lucky Shamrocks". I matched the number 4 twice, each for $1. I spent $2 and I won $2. It almost can be considered a win.
